27th of October 2018 | We in TSI Dansademika invites you to BREAKDANCE WORKSHOP with an amazing instructor Bjørn-Tore Hilmarsen aka BØNNA. 

The workshop will take place @ KRAFT 2 STORSALEN @ 11:30-13:30. This workshop is for beginners and for those with experience. Everyone is welcome here!

12th of April | Finally it's time for a new WORKSHOP! We are lucky enough to have Naprapat Randi Wøien who will teach you about mobility.

Every day you expose your body to stresses that put it in imbalance, which can affect you physically and / or mentally.

Do you want to know how to take care of your body so that better quality of life is achieved?

Naprapat Randi will contribute with:

• An increased understanding and competence about mobility, flexibility and stability
• Specific exercises to increase function, control and flexibility in all joints, especially backbone
• Understand the importance and activation of curvature pressure (core musculature)
• Fun times!

17th of March | We are back and TSI Dansademika invites you to the first WORKSHOP of the semester with Hilde Rustad Hansen as our Hiphop instructor at Kraft sports centre. It's going to be LIT. Put on your coolest outfit and join us to dance :) 

Notice that you can only pay by cash at the workshop or an invoice that must have been paid before the workshop.

17th-18th of March | Dancehall and afrobeat dance WORKSHOP presented by IMA READ and TSI Dansademika in connection to Women's Day 2017.

8th October | This weekend TSI Dansademika will host its first WORKSHOP of the semester, which will be completely free for all current members! Edwin Corzo & Naoko Koya from New York and Japan will teach us about different types of Afro-cuban & Folk dances. Afterwards, we will arrange a lunch break, where you can talk with the artists, and we will announce more exciting events coming up for Dansademika members.

14th of November | We are lucky to have the amazing dancer Cassandra to have a WORKSHOP teaching us Vogue. 

15th of February | TSI Dansademika is having another WORKSHOP! Marthe will be teaching Musical and Kristna will teach Hiphop.  At the end of the workshop we will go through the flashmob. 

7th of February | TSI Dansademika presents another WORKSHOP with Margrete to you. This time she will be teaching us Dancehall and Hiphop.

18th of October | TSI Dansademika is lucky to have to wonderful dancers at this new WORKSHOP. Margrethe Von Winther will be teaching Dancehall and Ingrid Wåleberg will be teaching us Musical.
